Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Pancakes

The classic combination of peanut butter and chocolate, in a pancake! Oh yeah! This recipe is super quick and easy to make, especially on a lazy Sunday morning. Serve with strawberries, maple syrup and a tall glass of milk.

Adapted from: kraft canada

What you need

1 cup pancake mix

1/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup skim milk
1 large egg
two handfuls of chocolate chips (or around 1/3 cup)

Directions

1. Spray heated griddle or frying pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Beat ingredients with a fork until just blended. Be sure not to over-mix.

2. Pour desired amount of mix onto griddle or frying pan. I used around 1/4 cup. Cook for two to three minutes, or until golden brown. Note: These pancakes will be darker brown because of the peanut butter.

3. Serve. That's it! Enjoy your delicious pancakes!
